Diet Mantra: think before you eat.

Intermittent fasting window: 11 am — 7 pm

Eat food, mostly plants, not too much.

No sugar. Little alcohol. Meat once per week.

I know these posts are probably not useful for anyone but myself. But it helped me a lot to eat better and lose some weight.

I will stop with these posts when I am back to my ideal​ weight.
