Grapefruit is one of my favorite fruits.Sour taste is great with salt.Its smell makes you happy.It contains potassium,lycopene,vitamins A,C,E.Rich in antioxidants. But it can interact with some medicine.So if you use medicine you must ask your doctor about this subject.
