Homemade strawberry crumble

The berries, covered with a thin layer of dough with almonds and baked in the oven, are tasty and fragrant. This unusual, but very simple English dessert will perfectly complement the scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients


  • Strawberry 370 g
  • Butter 35 g + for lubrication
  • Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Flour 60 g
  • Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Almond petals 2 tbsp. spoons

Can add

  • Cereals 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking


  1. Cut strawberries in half or quarters.

2 ․ Oil the baking dish. Put the berries there, sprinkle with half the sugar and mix.

3 ․ Combine the flour with the remaining sugar and cinnamon. Add oil and rub into the crumbs with your hands.

  1. Throw the almonds into the flour mass and mix. You can add oatmeal, then crumble will be more crispy.

  2. Sprinkle the strawberries with the dough and remember it lightly with your hands to make small lumps.

6 ․ Bake at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes. The top should be browned.
