Review: Uncured 3x Salami
The good:
It has no nitrates, no antibiotics, no hormones,
The taste was nice if you like herbs. Convenient for throwing on sandwiches with a little extra flavor or on cheese/crackers.
Minimal packaging is always good. Though it’s not responsible so you have to put leftovers in a zip lock.
The not so good:
It wasn’t actually organic.
Not Local.
The name branding and packaging is not particularly unique interesting or aesthetically pleasing.
Also the packaging did not have a resealable package so we have to eat it really quickly or take it all out and put it in a Ziploc of your own.
Final conclusion is that it’s a decent, but not amazing buy.
Taste good and better than average commercial product.
