Squid is served last whole and is usually grilled with some Teriyaki sauce. It is sliced for easy consumption and tastes quite tough. Were used to eating squid rings and rarely seeing the squid whole so it was initially quite difficult to eat it that way.

However, a few nibbles and the irresistible taste put the hesitation to rest.
