It's a terrifying site, and to be honest, I'm glad that it is out of site. I couldn't stomach the food otherwise.

Ethics aside, I think this is probably some of the best prawn I've ever had. The restaurant is called Cervajaria Ramiro Lisbona and is well known for this dish. They prepare it in a variety of ways, but generally, the best and most revered is the barbecued prawn.
