COCKTAILS AT 5, DINNER TO FOLLOW #FFF
GOOD EVENING ALL MY FOODIE FRIENDS #FOODFIGHTFIRDAY. Hello and happy Friday. We are fired up for the best contest ever. Been cooking ribs since 9 am, done slow and sumptuous. Get ready cos here it comes, the perfect Friday night feed bag.
Let's start with some fresh garden chives for the smashed potatoes.
Chives adds so much flavor to smashed potatoes but add a little butter and sour cream, and oh boy just DE-lish !
Hubby going college style on me. You know, back in the day you would eat right from the bowl, before the entire meal was even ready. He got a slap on the wrist for that maneuver.
Ribs precooked, add some barbeque sauce, and into the oven for the slow cook part.
With half of the spuds making it to the finish line, ribs done and our corn nib lets ready to go, time to get mine !!

DESERT...nothing like ice cream in a waffle cone with sprinkles and chocolate syrup...OMG the calories, sooooo worth it !!
