Maggie with Omelette
You know, everyone has this habit of cooking and experimenting random things over the weekend. This is one of those recipe I have made.
It quite simple and elegant. It would take approximately 10 mins for the dish to be to made with 2 main ingredients Maggie and Egg. ( it's so evident, duh)
You take a 2 min Maggie and cook it as per your need for texture, I personally like it well cooked. Make a sunny side up omelette and spread some well chopped coriander leaves for the presentation.

That sounds good. And I think sunny side up is the way to go. The yoke with the maggi is a good combination. And one of the good things about this meal is that it's so quick. Just a few minutes to prepare.
