Was macht die Diät, hoffe doch es geht wie gewünscht voran? 👍 ... evt. hab ich dir ja grad damit ne Idee mitgebracht dafür :-)
Garnelen 🦐 Gambas generell „Zutaten“ aus dem Meer sind voller Proteine und wenig Kalorien ✌️... nur bloß nicht überbacken 🍤 ... 😋 :-)
