You Already Know It’s Pancake Saturday
I'm a pretty simple person when it comes to cheat meals.
But I actually don't like to call them cheat meals or cheat days..
Instead, I use the term refeed.. A cheat day isn't where I just eat all sorts of junk food for the sake of filling up on the things that I deprive from my normal diet during the week...
TO me, a cheat meal is a refeed meal.
It's time to refeed my muscles and restore my glycogen levels.
So that once I get back into the gym, my muscles are charged for another great round of the gym game!
