It's also one of my last breakfasts with carbs in it!!
I'm about to start my no-carb regime.
The keto diet is a fantastic way to battle inflamation and increase your body's natural ability to regenerate and make progress.
I am in a lot of pain these days from all my injuries.
Going on this diet and cutting out all the bread and these other unhealthy foods will hopefully get me back to normal and even better than I was before.
