More mobility!!
Gaining my mobility back has been a top priority for me.
Back pain is horrible. I often feel severely limited in many of the things that I do each day.
Even working on the computer is tough because of all the pain I get from sitting down...
This is a huge sign that something needs to change drastically!!
What can I do to restore myself?
Mobility and strengthening exercises!
