Coffee Shake For Days!
... Normally, I love to have a protein shake post work out.
It's a great way to throw some protein into the mix while having something light on the stomach and convenient to take anywhere.
A friend just bought me this vegan protein.
But... There's a twist!
It has coffee in it.
Not just any coffee.. Cold brewed columbian coffee.
It's delicious and this one is my PRE WORKOUT snack before the gym!
