Big Repairs!
Been having tons of joint pain lately, so this is exactly what it will take to fix it!
Tons of protein, tons of carbs and a whole lotta gains!!
I’m excited to get back into the gym tomorrow and hopefully feel a lot better than I did today.
Yesterday, I didn’t eat a whole lot, so that could be a reason why I felt so week and stiff today while working out.
This amount of carbs and protein should help for sure!!
