Cut the tomatoes into halves. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the pulp, place in a bowl and chop.
Remove the crust from the bread, cut the pulp into small pieces and grind in a blender for a few seconds.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chopped onion for 5-6 minutes.
Combine onion with bread crumbs, tomato pulp, chopped parsley and grated cheese. Add salt and spices.
Fill the tomatoes with the filling and place in a greased dish. Bake for about 25 minutes at 140 ° C.
