How to make delicious fried minced meat with tofu at home

The flavour of the dish is enhanced by the addition of ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Rice will be the perfect side dish for such a dinner.

Ingredients


  • Sunflower oil

  • Ginger root

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

  • Tofu

  • Chili sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame

  • Green onions

Cooking



Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the minced meat for 5-7 minutes in a hot skillet. Make sure there are no big lumps left.

Toss the meat with finely grated ginger and minced garlic. Two teaspoons of grated ginger is enough.

Cook for another minute with everything together.

Stir the soy sauce into the minced meat thoroughly.

Stir in the diced tofu and chilli sauce, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Take the skillet off the heat. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and green onions, chopped. Serve after a fast stir.
