Eating out as a vegan isn't always easy, but it certainly is doable. Here are four vegan sushi rolls—served with wasabi and pickled ginger. The vegetables in the roll are: cucumber, avocado, pickle, lettuce, daikon, and yamagobo. This with a bowl of edamame makes a well-balanced meal! :)
