Minestrone with meatballs

350 grams of minced meat (could be a turkey, chicken, etc.).

onion
Parsley to taste
150 g cherry tomatoes

0.5 tsp Provencal herbs mix

In a pot add water. Carrots, zucchini, bell peppers and onion finely chopped. First pan slightly (no more than 10 minutes) broil carrots, then zucchini. In boiling water, put fried vegetables. The minced meat with salt and pepper to form meatballs. 3 - 4 minutes meatballs baked in a pan and throw in the soup. Saute the onions and place in a soup last. Flavored with Provencal herbs mixture and chopped parsley. Cooked no more than 15 - 20 minutes, the vegetables should not be over boiled.
