Hello everyone, today I will briefly discuss about about Pinapples, their history and health benefits, make sure you read this article to the end 😉😉😉.

Pineapples were discovered by Europeans in 1493 Caribbean Island near Guadalupe. It was named after its resemblance a pine cone, the Portuguese and Spanish explorers introduced it to their African, Asia and South America colonies.
Pineapples are not only delicious and fleshy fruits but are super packed with nutrients, vitamins and enzymes that helps fight inflammation and other health issues.
Here are some reasons why you should never let a slice of this delicious fruits pass you by when it's within reach😀.

I. Pineapples are packed with tons of nutrients and vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium.
Vitamin C is very essential for the body, it strengthen the immune system, helps in repairing of worn out tissues, hastens the healing of skin wounds and cut and also reduces risk of cardiovascular diseases.

II. It improves eye health, they are rich in vitamin A which helps to prevent night blindness and other eye defects.
Because they also contain vitamin C and lots of antioxidants , pineapples prevent macular degeneration, a medical condition that cause blurred or no vision causing blindness in aged adults.

They prevents inflammation, pineapples contain a powerful anti-inflammatory compound called Bromelain which can be used for treatment of inflammation and swelling that occur in conditions such as sore throat, sinusitis and arthritis, a painful condition in bone joints caused by inflammation. Studies show that bromelain can also help treat cancer because of its inflammatory property.

IV. They also ease digestion and subdue digestive problems such as constipation. The bromelain they contain is also a good digestive enzymes. This enzyme helps to break down protein into amino acid and smaller peptides. The amino acid is absorbed in the small intestine to support the production of other pancreatic enzymes.

V. It promotes healthy bone, maganese along calcium present in pineapples promotes strong and healthy, they also help prevent osteoporosis and other bone disorder such as Paget bone disease and fracture.

IV. People who eat pineapples as part of their diet are known to be more healthier all because of the amount of vitamins, minerals and enzymes like bromelain which boost the immune system and help fight against viral infections.
