Hello everyone, Eating more fruits and vegetables is very good for the body unlike processed food which contains chemical addictives. They are major sources of vitamins such as vitamin A, B, C,D, E and various nutrients which includes magnesium, calcium, fibre, foliate acid and iron.
Consuming of fresh fruits as a part of daily diet helps to reduce chances of stroke and heart disease. It vitamins such as vitamin A keeps the eyes and skin healthy while vitamin C repairs damage tissues and help in healing of cuts and wounds.
All this nutrients are needed for growth and proper functioning of the body. They support bone formation and strengthen the immune system against attacks from bacterias and other microbes.
