The Recipes Cooking Eggplant Sambalado

In this post i want to share the recipes cooking sambalado eggplant.

I cooked it this afternoon as our lunch menu at home.

##The materials I use

• Eggplant

##Ingredients of sambalado

• Tomatoes that I picked directly from the results grown by my husband, by chance the fruit is ripe

• Red chili, garlic and onion

All the ingredients are mashed with a blender

How to cook

• after the eggplant in pieces and cleaned and then fried for a while

• mashed samabalado ingredients mashed until cooked

• then enter the eggplant that has been fried into the sambalado

• stirred until eggplant and sambalado mixed evenly

• Eggplant ready to be served to beloved family
