WE ARE WHAT WE EAT...

in #food6 years ago (edited)

Hello friends, the sense of taste gives human beings wonderful experiences, however, little we fully develop. From birth, the sense of taste gives us valuable information for our subsistence, we know our mother and we know our body tasting and tasting, that means that taste and learning are closely linked.

For many the learning has flavor, it is enough to listen to expressions used in situations where food is not present, such as: how delicious !, it provokes indigestion, it left a good taste in my mouth or what a bad mouthful !, but more beyond this, there are foods and vitamins that can really help to accelerate the learning or to diminish it, among them they emphasize:

Ginkobiloba, is a plant that helps oxygenate the brain

  • Vitamin B 6, thins the blood and is present in green and yellow vegetables, butter, germ, egg yolk and butter.

  • Vitamin B 12, helps memory and we find it in meat, fish, soy, oats and nuts.

Water, vital nutrient for the whole body including the brain.

In the morning the brain needs natural sugars, so one fruit is enough to give that necessary glucose contribution that the thought process requires; When combined with bread, egg and butter, you would be giving the brain what it takes to start the day. It is recommended during lunch to boost the brain, the intake of meat, chicken or fish, legumes, fruits, vegetables; and for dinner whole cereals, yogurt and / or salad. The intake of an unbalanced diet or loaded with foods with few nutrients will undoubtedly hinder the learning, such is the case of:

  • The lack of vitamin B 2 found in milk, rice, liver, green vegetables, makes the body prone to depression and sensitivity to noise.

  • The lack of vitamin B 5 that is contained in whole grains, eggs, brewer's yeast, legumes and meats, causes anxiety, depression and allergies.

  • The lack of vitamin biotin produces stress, depression, hair loss and muscle aches, this is found in small quantities in milk, eggs and banana or banana.

  • The thyroxine that even when the body produces it, is present in birds, fish and vegetables; its decrease in the organism stops the production of amino acids, which are important for the brain connection.

The brain of a person with depression, anxiety, or general discomfort meets their diminished abilities and therefore the learning process becomes slower. In this sense we must pay attention to the type of food in both children and adults, support our brain by providing food and vitamins that enhance it. In short, a balanced diet based on natural foods, will maintain a balanced nervous system, a brain ready for learning and the ability to use talents healthy, the invitation then is to take care of your health, starting with what you take to the mouth, remember that we are what we eat.
