Pudding Moss With Butter Coffee

Material of moss pudding coating:

-Get "1 bks
-Santan 125 ml

  • 150 gr sand sugar
    -Water 550 ml
    -Jus pandan (pandan mixed with suji leaves) 100 ml
  • Eggs (shake off 1.5 btr / 2 btr)
    -Garam a pin
    -Vanili pinch.

How:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, then strain
  2. Cook with medium heat while stirring with whisk until boiling (stir it slowly, don't use power inside)
  3. Now if you want the full moss to boil, don't leave it poured into the pan, let it thicken and almost half freeze, then pour it into the pan.
  4. Let it almost freeze, cook the butter layer.

Material of the butter coffee layer:
-Material A

  • Yellow egg 3 btr
    -Butter (melt) 100 gr
    -Essence vanila 1 st
  • Sweet canned thick cans 1/2 can
    -WE ARE ALL MATERIALS BY WHISK UP TO RATA, REMOVE

Material B
-Get "1 bks
-Good sugar 4 sm (sy 2 sm, because the sachet coffee has sweetness)
-Water 550 ml
-Coffee powder 3 in one (sy luwak white coffee) 1.5 sachets.

How:

  1. Cook all B ingredients until they burst, turn off the heat
  2. Take half of the agar, pour it into ingredient A, stir quickly using whisk, put lg into the rest of Agar B, stir until boiling, then pour slowly over the moss pudding earlier
  3. Leave room temperature, store in the refrigerator
  4. Pudding is ready to be enjoyed.
