"Puding Lumut Enak & Wangi"
Bahan-bahan:
1 bks agar-agar p|ain
125 ml santan kental
400 ml air
20 Iembar pandan ukuran sedang+200m| air 2 butir telur ayam
175 gr gula pasir
Langkah:
Buat jus pandan dengan cara blender daun pandan dengan 200ml air. Saring
Campur semua bahan di dalam panci. Telurnya kocok lepas terlebih dahulu baru dicampurkan.
Masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk biar ga gosong. Masukkan ke dalam cetakan puding.
Dinginkan sebentar terus masukkan ke dalam lemari es sampai beku. Siap utk disajikn.
