Sriracha Chili Grinding Open House . Every year for four consecutive weekends, the Huy Fong Foods Factory opens up for a chili grinding open house. You have to get tickets in advance but it is a super fun way to learn more about sriracha, watch the massive qualities of chili going through the factory and try some sriracha inspired foods.
