Chicken hazari Kabab
Ingredients
1/2 Kg Chicken boneless (cut into2 inch solid shapes)
1 beaten Egg
10 Green chilies ground
1 tsp loaded Salt
1 tsp leveled All zest
1 tbsp Ginger garlic glue
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Cream
4 tbsp cheddar
Technique:
Utilizing a blender, make a glue of cashew and cream and keep aside.
Wash the chicken. Once done, pat it dry. Apply salt, ginger-garlic glue, hacked green chilies and cleaved coriander, and leave to rest.
In a bowl, take the marinated chicken; include the cream and cashew glue to it. Include cardamom powder and white pepper powder.
Utilizing a stick, embed the chicken and cook in the stove at 180*c for 15 minutes. Continue applying margarine to guarantee the chicken stays damp.
Once done, sprinkle with chaat masala. Serve hot with mint chutney.
