4 SPECIAL TYPES OF JAPANESE
In Japan there are many types of noodles and noodles are also one of the favorite Japanese food. There are four popular types in Japan:
♨ Udon Noodle is made from wheat flour, quite thick fiber. Long, soft and cool.
♨ Soba noodles are customary on the last day of the year to see off the old year, welcome a new year of luck and health.
♨ Somen noodles are very thin and are often served cold with vegetables, fruit or other meat.
♨ Ramen Ramen is a very sophisticated soup, formed from the merging of Dashi and Tare.

Noodles in japan are amazing because there are so many recipes. Especially with ramen.
When I was in Japan I liked to go in small and very typical ramen restaurants. With the chief in the middle of the room, and all the clients around. And it was so tasty.
Why do you call ramen : "ramen ramen" ?
