Nasi kerabu is a traditional Malay food , a kind of rice which is blue in colour and eaten with dried fish or fried chicken, fish crackers and mixed with other vegetables. This rice can also be cooked as a white rice or rice with turmeric.The blue color of the rice is derived from the petals of one kind of flower.
Nasi kerabu是一種傳統的馬來食物，是一種藍色的米飯，用乾魚或炸雞，魚餅乾和其他蔬菜混合食用。這種米飯也可以做成白米飯或薑黃米飯，米飯的藍色來源於一種花的花瓣。
