Spekulatius marzipan cake ring with chocolate drop
100 g marzipan 30 g margarine 135 ml almond milk 60 g sugar 200 g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 package vanilla sugar 1 spoon 50 ml speculum spice 50 g soda water dark chocolate puree marzipan, milk and butter. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and seasoned spices, mix well. Mix flour and baking powder, add to the mixture and stir for a while. Finally, add sparkling water and chocolate droplets and stir again for a while until everything is connected. (Do not stir too much, if not, the grilling powder will no longer serve you!) Fill the mixture into a nervous sheet mold (about 20 cm) and bake for about 30 minutes by heating 180 ° C before heating. After it's cold, garnish with some melted chocolate and chopped almonds.
