Today 's steemit cafe used Japanese Matcha!

Temperatures have risen considerably in the last week, so it has become a fresh green season!

In order to express it, I used Matcha, but it became a seasonal color!

★ I bought "10 + α" kinds of coffee beans! ★

Yesterday I went to Chiba, but I bought a coffee for the next consecutive holiday at my coffee shop on my way home!

Yes! About 10 kinds, I bought a bulk!!

As a breakdown, I bought 6 kinds of single origin and 4 types of blend!

It is the reason why I bought it all ...

1. Taste the world's most advanced coffee

The coffee circumstances of the world are changing quickly!

Today I also exchanged information with shopkeepers, but it seems that the number of acquisitions for coffee farms is increasing.

Along with that, it is said that things that you have gotten are not available.

Even in such a situation it was that we got the world's best coffee beans on our own route so I would like to taste it well!

2.To verify the marriage with chocolate

Coffee and chocolate marriage have been independently verified for over 10 years!

Although it is established among themselves to some extent, it is often planned to concentrate on GW because we often find new combinations while actually tasting.

By the way ... Because I got Kenya coffee extra in birthday celebration where my daughter was born in March, eventually it has become 11 types!!

★steemit cafe ～新緑の季節～★

今日のsteemit cafeは抹茶を使用しました！

この1週間で結構気温が上がってきたこともあり、新緑の季節になってきましたね！

それを表現するために、抹茶を使いましたが、季節感ある色彩になりましたよ！

★10種類のコーヒー豆を買ってきたよ！★

昨日は千葉方面に出掛けたのですが、帰り道に行きつけのコーヒーショップで今度の連休用のコーヒーを買ってきました！

はい！10種類ほど、まとめ買いしましたｗ

内訳としては、シングルオリジン6種類とブレンド4種類を購入しました！

まとめ買いした理由ですが・・・

１．世界の最先端のコーヒーを味わうこと

世界のコーヒー事情は、目まぐるしく変化しています！

今日も店主と情報交換をしたのですが、コーヒー農園の買収案件が増えているみたいです。

それに伴い、今まで手に入ったものが手に入らないという事態になっているとか。

そのような状況でも世界最高峰のコーヒー豆を独自ルートで入手したとの事でしたので、しっかりテイスティングしたいと思います！

２．チョコレートとのマリアージュを検証すること

コーヒーとチョコレートのマリアージュは、独自に10年以上検証を続けています！

ある程度の合わせ方というのは、自分の中で確立されているのですが、やっぱり実際に味わう中で新たな組み合わせを発見することも多々あるので、GWに集中して取り組む予定です。

ちなみに・・・3月に娘が生まれた出産祝いでケニアコーヒーをおまけで頂きましたので、結局11種類になっちゃいましたｗ
