Have a happy and healthy breakfast...
... for example with:
- tomato
- raw broccoli
- yellow pepper
- cucumber
- radish
- carrot
- black cumin oil
- balsamic cream
It might sound weird to start the day with so many vegetables but actually they are really delicious and provides good nutrition to the body. Also I think this breakfast looks absolutely beautiful and it was a delight to eat it. I am trying to improve my breakfast eating habits at the moment to give my body a great start in the day and to improve my health. Maybe this picture inspire you to eat some veggies in the morning as well.

Das schaut nicht nur lecker aus, ist auch noch gesund. Ich sollte auch mal darüber nachdenken mein Marmeladenbrot durch ein Rohkostfrühstück zu ersetzen.

Marmeladenbrot klingt aber auch lecker :) Musst ja nicht immer ersetzen nur vielleicht mal ab und an und wenn du merkst dass dus magst und es dir gut bekommt wirds sowieso mehr :) Beste Grüße :)
