Las tortas en México es algo que se encuentra en todos lados, es una comida rapida y poco costosa con la cual puedes satisfacerte de una mnaera muy rica.
Existe de varios tamaños, varios ingredientes por lo cual es una comida muy variada en su sabor, lo que nunca falta en una torta es el pan, mayonesa, vegetales y el picante no puede faltar ( es opcional ) ;).

Este evento Feria/Festival/Exposición como le digan en tu país se reunen todo tipo de negoción que se dedican hacer tortas de todos los tamaños y de ingredientes exoticos como es de carne de jabali, avestruz, mariscos entre varios más. También suelen haber de otro paises como el famoso choripan que delicia.
