Quick Potato Bytes Made By Me :D (Recipie)

Ingredients:
Potato
Cottage cheese
Beetroo
Capsicum
Onions
Garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Mozerela cheese
Olive oil
Oregano
Chili flakes

Recipie:
Peel the potatoes
Cut potatoes into half
Scoop the potatoes
Deep fry the potatoes
Keep potatoes at side
Chop Capsicum, Onions, Beetroo, Garlic
Add little Olive oil to pan
Add chop garlic saute till light brown
Then add Onions & Beetroot
Add greated cottage cheese
Then add crushed Balck pepper and salt to taste
Add chopped Capsicum
At last add Capsicum
Once the stuffing is ready
Fill the stuffing in potato pocket
After stuffing add greated mozerela cheese on top of potatoes
Bake the potatoes in oven for about 5-6 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
Till the cheese melts and gets golden brown colour.
At last garnish it with oregano and chili flakes.
