Grilling the salmon and some sweet potato
Do I need to say more? Well, perhaps I'll just give a list of the ingredients I used to produce this dish.
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Sweet Potato
- Olives drenched in garlic and basilica
- Coriander and Cumin powder
- One slice of lemon
- Three spoons of olive oil
- And some red peppers off course.
How to
Get a big bowl. Put the fresh salmon in it. Drench it with olive oil and a little bit of sea salt.
Make sure you have the olives ready to put in the bowl.
Prepare all the vegetables in the order you want it to be and place in the bowl. Shake it and don't forget the fresh coriander and the dried cumin powder.
Prepare the grill.
Place on the grill.
After a couple of minutes try to turn the salmon.
And this is very important. After turning the salmon, find someway to let it all steem for a little bit. This will make your dish have kind of a sauce. Check after a while (depending on the heat) if it meets your approval.
Don't forget there is no wrong way of doing it. Just try to not let it burn or dry out to much.
Here is another salmon with sweet potatoes fries, one onion and a dried fig instead of a slice of lemon.
And it is doesn't have to be expensive. I prepared these dishes for like 4 Steem. Each.
