Food adventure with my thesis mates at DELECTA ILIGAN CITY
My thesis mates ate Darez and ate Joyce bought me for our graduation celebration. They have jobs now and a good salary so they treat me with one of the Iligan's best restaurant, DELECTA. We had so much fun and struggles during our thesis days but we failed to celebrate ourselves after our defense because we don't have money to enjoy.

And now after a long run here we are, enjoying the foods while thinking that we might never see each other again because they will be going to where they work. Ate Darez will go back to Tawi-tawi and ate Joyce in Quezon and I am here in Iligan City.

These are what they ordered for me. Too much for the three of us but never underestimate us when it comes to food. Food is lifer for us hahahahhaha

MENU
Delecta have lots of viands, snacks, soups, drinks but the most the best thing in Delecta is that they have meals that comes with an unlimited rice. Most people enjoyed their unlimited rice so much even if some of the viands are pretty expensive, the savoury taste plus the unlimited rice is worth it.
GRILLED BABY BACK RIBS (PORK)
This tender juicy grilled baby back ribs cost 295php only. Expensive for students but its worth your money. This baby back rib is good for 1-2 person, so for those who have a low budget, you can share it with and you can divide the amount.
PRAWN IN SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
This savory prawn cost 260php less expensive than the baby back rib. We all know that shrimps are expensive and rare so even if the cost is expensive, I can say that its worth it! The sweet and sour sauce of this prawn makes you want more. Among the viand, this was the one of my favorite. I am actually eating it without rice because the prawn itself was satisfactory.!
GRILLED PORK KINILAW STYLE
This pork kinilaw is the cheap viand among the three because it only cost 190php and it is good for 2-3 person. This is prepared by mixing the grilled pork to the sour vinegar that comes with many onions, ginger, so this dish will be a kinilaw style and it is exquisite!
FRUITY GARDEN SALAD
For those who are on a diet, this will be good for you-- this garden salad cost 170php. There will be full of lettuce, melon, apple, pineapple, etc. While waiting for the main viand, you will enjoy eating this fruits.
Their 1 cup of rice together with the side dish. As you can see, the rice is not much but don't worry, there will be more because the foods we order comes with unlimited rice so everything you ordered for is worth it.
DELECTA COOLERS
The waiters would say that this cooler is the customer's favorite. It cost 180php--expensive yet worth it. It is like four season juice but there are fruits along with it.

Ha ha, yeah, I mostly like the rice.... I try not to eat too much meat. I like all kinds of food. I also love the pictures of you guys having fun. Brings a smile to my face.

I miss delecta so much. My favorites are Spicy Lechon Binagoongan and Grilled Pork Kinilaw Style.
I never tried the spicy binagoongan but the grilled pork kinlaw style is great!
