heart from sausages |recipe
Cut the sausage in half, but do not cut them to the end. Then gently bend our sausages inwards to form the heart. Connect the ends with a toothpick. Heat the fat in the pan and put the heart in the pan. Then gently pour the eggs inside. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Fried sausages are prepared in this way for a few minutes over low heat under cover. When the egg is ready, place it on a plate and sprinkle with parsley. BON APPETIT
