Yup, that is quite cool idea.
It makes me think of several things that I use as sauses, which aren't sauses per se. As soon as I can I'll get around to showing you pictures. They are going to be store bought, not of my own making, since as a nomad I don't grow. But still quite tasty. But differed kinds of squashes are present in a lot of them.
