How do you eat Crawfish? - with your HANDS!!!
Whether you call them Crawfish, crayfish , crawdads or miniature lobsters, these related species to the lobster are truly delicious when prepared and seasoned correctly. They are usually tiny, but regardless of their size, you can truly make the best of them by eating them correctly. Now take notes, there might be a test 😋.

TWIST
Grip the crawfish with two hands-one on the head, and one on the tail and twist them in opposite directions. This will separate the tail from the body.
SUCK THE HEAD
(optional step for die hard connoisseurs of crawfish)
It is the best part! why? There are usually spicy juices that are trapped inside of the crawfish just waiting to be sucked out and enjoyed.

PEEL & PINCH
Peel away 2-3 segments of shell to expose the delicious meat, pinch the tail and gently pull out the meat.
ENJOY AND REPEAT
If you have dipping sauces or drawn butter, you can dip some of the meat into the sauce for additional flavor.
