Congee? Yes please

Also sometimes called jook, the congee is a staple in Chinese homes and is often present for any meal of the day. It's a very hearty dish, thick and just coats the side of your ribs. It is certainly the ultimate in Chinese comfort food. On this morning, I found it on a breakfast buffet and decided to give it a try. It was flavorful, I personalized it to my liking and I'm now a fan.
