Bibimbap - Mixed Rice - Korean guilty pleasure
Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice and topped with sautéed vegetables (namul) and the amazing gochujang (chilli pepper paste). It's usually topped off with a cook or raw egg and other types of sliced meat. I've had my share of bibimbap, even once had some on Korean Airways on my way to Thailand. Here it is two ways.

To go Bibimbap
I don't have many opportunities to eat Korean food, but I once had bibimbap from a food truck at a festival. Delicious. I've been on the lookout for a place where I could get some again!
If you are ever in Las Vegas, there are many places here where you can find Korean or anything kind of food for that matter. I'm guessing there might be limited options in your neck of the woods.
I'll have to look into that if I ever make it out to Vegas. There are plenty of Asian food options around me but most of them are Japanese, Chinese, or Thai.
Ohhhh Thai!!! I'm in love.
Oh, it's wonderful. My dad was born in Thailand (we're not Thai, my grandparents were just living there temporarily at the time) and he loves to try to find the best Thai restaurants!
That's a cool back story. Thailand is amazing, I've had the opportunity to visit that country a few times in the past few years.

Did you cook this?
Nope. The food I cook are in the 'Foodie in the Kitchen Series'.
Wow this looks so good, huge improvement over the chicken/broccoli/rice posts that are so popular! Here, take my upvote :)
