Mustard and chili EXOTIC chicken
Ingredients
- 1 full chicken cut to 8 pieces
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbl tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tsp peri-peri powder
- 1tsp mustard
- 3 Tbls plain yoghurt
- 2 Tbls mayonnaise
- 1tsp crushed garlic
- 2 Tbls lemon or lime juice
Method
Add all ingredient together and marinate chicken over night or at least 3 hours. Cook chicken in a pot for for 25-35 minutes or until cooked.
