Green juice
The best way to start your day is with something healthy and nutritious. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that is why we want to make sure that we are having something packed with nutrients that gives us the energy we need for the day. I personally love green juice! It is the best way for me to start my day. After drinking it, I feel healthy, it is filling and I am ready for yet another hard working day. It is filled with the vitamins and minerals that your body needs and it is great for your health in many aspects. I will be sharing an easy recipe on how to make green juice below:
Ingredients:
- Apples
- Kale
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Mint leaves
You simply wash, chop and throw your ingredients into the juicing machine or liquidizer. I normally add more apples so that it tastes better.
