Dinner idea

It is sometimes really difficult to decide what to make for a weeknight dinner. We tend to run out of ideas and not know what to make at all. I will be sharing a simple and healthy dinner idea. A delicious yet easy way to prepare salmon. 

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets 
  • Crushed garlic 
  • Crushed green chili 
  • Olive oil 
  • Lime/ lemon 
  • Honey
  • Black pepper 

In a pan heat the oil with the crushed garlic and green chili until it is medium brown then add honey.  Place the salmon in the pan for about 3 minutes and then turn it over and let the other side cook for about 3 minutes to make sure both sides are golden brown. Squeeze the juice of a lemon or lime on top and crush some black pepper on top and enjoy.
