Delicious macaroni and cheese
Everyone loves mac and cheese!! It makes a perfect weeknight dinner. I will be sharing a simple and delicious recipe on how to make it. I think it is excellent.
Ingredients:
- 5 tblsp butter
- 1 pound macaroni
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Boil the pasta. In another pan, melt the butter and then add the flour. Stir for two minutes. Then, slowly add the milk. Stir and wait for about 7 minutes till the sauce becomes thick. Add the cheese, cayenne pepper and salt. Cook until the cheese is melted. Mix the pasta into the sauce and then bake it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. ENJOY!
