  It’s been a difficult tusk to choose my favourite dish. Is it, chicken tikkah ,biryani, or is it curry, no it’s kebab yum!!!!!! Let me start with a simple introduction to Indian dishes and then steem-mates can request recipes. As I have gathered generations of recipes from family, friends and even strangers from abroad. These recipes have been tried and altered to achieve excellence.      

  The most significant characteristic, of a good dish is fresh spices. Many people are intimidated by vast array of spices, but once understood it’s quite easy to use. Here are some varieties.......
