Johnn Lemon

The name of the lemonade chain is called Johnn Lemon which I assume which came from the name of the famous member of The Beatles, John Lenon.

I often see people would really wait and obey their thirst by buying this beverage. I asked myself that "why are these people lining just for a lemonade?". To kill the curiosity, I also tried falling in line at the stall and get one for myself. One that urges me to buy the juice is I often see the drink, Johnn Lemon at my instastories. The time I sipped on the juice, it is really amazing, no doubt why the booth is lined. The taste is lemon but something is sweeter than a regular iced tea lemon and lemon juice. I cannot explain thoroughly but I could help you make one. As a food lover who analyzes the ingredients used, I think I could share the components of the drink if you want to try it out in your home.

Ingredients

1 cup of ice cubes
4-5 pcs slice of lemon
1/4 cup sugar syrup
2 cups of cold water

1 pc bottle shaker

Procedure

In a bottle shaker, put in the ice cubes, lemon, and sugar syrup.
Shake well until the pulps from the lemon will disperse.
Add the cold water
Serve.

Note

*To have the sugar syrup, boil in white granulated sugar until it melts like a water. Do not over boil the sugar for it will harden after a few minutes

*You can have also different flavors. Just extract juices from herbal spices then voila, you have your new flavored lemon juice. Try extracting ginger and mix it with your juice. :)

I bought my Johnn Lemon at Robinson's Iligan city mall, third floor, in line with the other food stalls. It is outer part of the food gallery.
