Oooh 'tis the season for pecans it seems... they're everywhere, and I am happy because I adore pecans! This is a really easy recipe for people to make @mermaid, and I'm sure a lot of people will! Rich, moist, crunchy... delicious! Perhaps this recipe could be adjusted slightly... to make it much healthier the sugar could be replaced with a natural sweetner, such as finely chopped dates, which would make it sweet, sticky, yummy!
