If only I could eat some of this @blackberryskunk, it looks divine... and I never use the word divine!!! haha. Cheesecake is my absolute favourite dessert, and I love the idea of pear, mandarin, and cinnamon flavours. And of course you've used my favourite spelt flour too :-) You put a lot of time into arranging the pear slices and I love the finishing touch of the dough decorations... it looks so beautiful and professional actually!
