Every Day is a Cake Day

Whoever thinks that cake is allowed only on a birthday is mistaken. Who wouldn't want to have a cake for breakfast? I sure do, but I don't want the sugar rush. So less sugar less calories is a good rule when it comes to desserts.

This cake is also an example of less is more when it comes to cake decor. I say all is fine as long it tastes good.
