Screaming orgasm
3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. bailey's Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Amaretto or almond flavor liqueur
Blend ingredients with ice and pour into a prechilled rocks glass.
For a straight-up,
strain the contents of blender into a prechilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
If the amaretto is left out, the drink is called an Orgasm

You can tone down the sweetness by reducing the 3/4 oz. of baileys,kahlua and amaretto
